Customised uploader

We work with your eCommerce provider and provide you with your own bespoke uploader that uploads only the information you need as frequently as you require it.

Multiple file formats

We can upload information to your website or ecommerce provider in several different formats. As part of the initial install process we will work with all parties involved to determine which format works best for you.

Real-time or batch uploads

Depending on the functionality provided by your Web/eCommerce company you have a choice of uploading new data one or more times a day as a batch which is the most common situation or If you web/eCommerce company can provide the functionality we can update your website in real-time. E.g. as you sell a part in F2 that item will be updated straight away on your website. If you receipt some parts into F2, then items that previously might not have been uploading to your website because you had no stock will automatically start uploading.

F2 Integration

Web Manager integrates directly with your F2 database so we can determine if you have a particular item in stock, that way we can automatically upload only the items you actually have in stock and can sell. As you sell or receipt parts in F2 it will automatically effect what gets uploaded to your website without you having to do any additional steps.

Reports

Web Manager provides a wide range of reports to help you manage your online store. Reports include web sale and pricing related reports, web inventory related reports, customer order and sale related reports and a range of reports designed to help you get as much of your F2 stock up on your website.

Also we are happy to look at developing custom reports if you want to look at your information in a different way.

Order info download

Depending on the functionality provided by your web / ecommerce company we can automatically download the information about any orders customers have made on your website and integrate them into Web Manager. From there we can provide a range of reports including web order picking reports for your parts staff.
